At Dr. Brown's, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
